I saw an episode of the Ed Sullivan Show many(s) years ago. A man begins to thwrow a woman around and generally beat her up. She turns the tables on him and throws him all over the place. It was one of the most wonderful dance routines that I have seen. It ended with her carrying him off stage!

The banana man was great! Anyone else remmber this guy? He would pull bananas out of his pockets along with strings o weiners and also watermelons. He would then fill up a cardboard train with all this stuff and then drive off in it at the end of his act. What was this performers real name? I can't find any reference of him anywhere.

I saw the Ed Sullivan many years ago when the Beatles made an appearence and sang "A Hard Day's Night" and I recall my father remarking when he saw the bands hair do's that they look like girls with their hair. But I do remember seeing them so clearly, it was a truly good event .
