ONE of the funniest episodes was when Julie played 'Helen Wheels'(Hell-on-wheels) the roller durby queen!! She couldn't hardly stand on the skates!!! SO FUNNY!!! Mama Cass was also in this one. Julie Andrews can be a very funny lady,and still be classy!!! Remarkbley talented in every way!!!

The episode with Robert Goulet in an hour of music should be considered a classic and available on DVD. The shows were all excellent and I would love to have copies of all of them on DVD especially now that Miss Andrews is not singing. I believe that Nelson Riddle did the arrangements and that many of Julie's songs were pre-recorded. Her solo numbers would make an excellent album.

I was still a kid when they aired this in the Philippines, but I remember gags where she hilarously portrayed a zany character who froze in motion everytime the word Constantinople was mentioned. There were lavish topnotch production numbers like "It&'s Too Darn Hot" and "We&'ve Got Trouble!" I am not sure whether the Christmas specials were episodes of the Julie Andrews Hour but during the mid Super70s, they were repeatedly featured in local TV&'s Return Engagement. Especially memorable was a duet of "Baby It&'s Cold Outside" but I couldn&'t recall the other singer. We hope all these episode get to DVD, as well as other collectibles like Julie in Sesame Street (where she belted Big Spender from Sweey Charity and Shall We Dance from KIng & I with Snafalufagus!) and Julie & Dick at Covent Garden (where she sang excerpts from South Pacific, Hello Dolly (her voice soared in It Only Takes A Moment and Before the Parade Passes By).
