Richard Briers is THE single, most talented comedic actor ever. I watched "Good Neighbors" on KERA in D/FW (where the British invasion of U.S. TV started!) every Saturday night. I enjoyed it more than all of the other British sitcoms. As close to a perfect show as you can get. Perfect cast and perfect writing.
