    Memories of Benny Hill

Although I love all the Benny Hill episodes, I really love the episode "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe?". He plays the roles of both Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Even if you haven't seen the movie, it is hilarious, the way they fight with each other. I'm sorry that he's not here, but he is still making us laugh. Nobody did that type of comedy better. He was great!

    Re: Memories of Benny Hill

Benny Hill was awesome! Not only was his somewhat raunchy humor the funniest thing I had seen,in my then very young life, the fact that these shows were run here in the states unedited! I don't know if that was a mistake on the part of my local broadcaster but I'm glad no got wise to it until much later. I know this might be a somewhat family related site so I'll put it this way. After Benny Hill,I saw women in a whole new light! He was sort of an adult British,Lou Costello. May he be R.I.P. (Resting etc.)
