A penpal sent me "Ishmael" several years ago when we both had similar interests such as HCTB and High Chaparral.  I loved the HTCB part of Ishmael and was thinking to hunt the book up again.  Imagine my excitement to find out the first season is on DVD which I just ordered.  Anyone know if or when second season comes out?  Favorite episodes of HTCB?  Any that featured Joshua (David Soul.)  I don't know the title of one of the episodes but Candy is at the old Bolt cabin and she sees the names and ages of the brothers on the height marks on the wall by the fireplace...Jeremy - 2, Joshua - 6, Jason - 13.  That's how I found out the age differences of the Bolt brothers.
