I believe the movie was called Cops. It was about two New York police who worked out a way to stage a robbery during a ticker-tape parade. It was in the early 'Super70s and was shown as a second feature with Brian's Song. To me Brian Song was forgettable but the Cops movie has stayed with me all these years. And may have the name wrong but would appreciate more information. Thanks.
