Best show ever - keep it running in syndication!

I think that this was the greatest show ever created. The men were very good looking. My 3 year old daughter enjoys watching it. She likes the motorcycles. We both like Ponch and Jon the best. Please DO NOT EVER TAKE IT OFF THE AIR! You will have two very sad fans. I watched it from day one and still watch the repeats.

CHiPs... it was just brilliant, the first time round. It was compulsory viewing when I was in my younger years, along with a slight crush on Larry. Now with the reruns here in the UK, I can fully appreciate why, the goods guys always got their man, not too much violence or bad language and oh yeah, that crush.... its still there. Jon and Ponch WERE CHiPs. There is a dedicated unofficial fansite called Taking Care of CHiPs, where we are all nuts about CHiPs, and its nice to know I'm not the only one.

It was definitely must see TV for me. The stories were great, but after Jon left - I was tuning out, since I was that big a fan of Ponch. Being female - I was always wishing they would utilize the characters of Syndy and the character played by Randi Oakes.

Otherwise - for the first few years it was a favorite of mine and I'll watch the reruns when I can.
