Surely the GREATEST all all variety shows. Dean was a unique atrist whose immense talent shone from the his "slide down the fireman's pole", to his closing few bars of "Everybody....." He'll never be replaced or equalled. It's such a shame that the enjoyment his shows brought to millions every Thursday evening, cannot be enjoyed by an audience today. I'm sure it's true to say that Dean is still loved as much, and I'm sure he is really missed.
