Another ridiculous, implausible entry in the early Super70s detective genre. This Toma guy was supposed to get over on the bad guys through disguises and impersonation, but you could tell right off the bat that it was all a come-on. The criminals would have to have IQs in the minus range, and to expect a view to buy into this nonsense indicate that the empty suits that cooked up this tripe had to be less than zero in the brains department.
