My absolute favorite show! Great action!! The characters showed such a broad range of emotion. Loved the whole cast!!! Henry Darrow was my favorite!!! Not bad on the eyes then-or now!!!!

When I was a kid, I LOVED this show! I loved the relationship between Billy Blue and his Uncle Buck, and the swarthy good looks of Manolito. I thought Victoria was the most beautiful woman in the world, even though I didn't really understand her passion for her much older husband. I even liked the ranch hands, how they all seemed so real, and loyal to the ranch where they worked. I'd love to read some episode descriptions, to refresh my memory.

I loved all stories about High Chaparral - the wonderful landscape from Arizona desert, and magnificient perfomance all of them, but my favorite actor was Henry Darrow & the beautiful Linda Cristal. I watched all the chapter of High Chaparral during Super70s and Awesome80s in Argentina.

Hugely underrated. This was my all time favorite Western serial. Better than Bonanza and even Big Valley. By the time I started watching, it was going off the air. I did catch some reruns in the Super70s. Victoria was gorgeous and "Buck" was the coolest uncle. Mano was a great character. He was always smiling. He just fought ten Apaches to the death and he's smiling. Awesome. I have some episodes on tape.
