    Memories of The Persuaders

This is the story of two millionaire playboys, Danny Wilde (played by Tony Curtis) and Lord Brett Sinclair (played by Roger Moore) who spent time in exotic European locations (Nice, Cannes, Rome, etc)solving crimes usually by helping beautiful damsels in distress.

They drove gorgeous cars (Wilde drove a red Dino Ferrari and Sinclair an Aston Martin DBS) and always with charm, grace and wit got the bad guys and walked off with the pretty girl.

A precursor for Moore to perform his James Bond roles as this is very Bond like in its essence and style.

A great escapist fun show. Highly recommended.

Yes, but watching the episodes again it struck me that behind all the 'bird chasing' they were actually in love with each other! In the episode where Danny buys a country cottage,it's blatant! They're like a couple setting up home together, and i swear Brett is about to kiss Danny when he releases him from the counterfeiters! That he doesn't do so is probably because the girl is also a police inspector!!
