This is a duet with Fred and Esther that was sang when she competed in the Miss Watts Business Wife Pageant. (Who could ever imagine a woman with a face that could make gorilla cookies being in a pageant?!) Note: there was some dialogue taking place between them before they started singing; I can't remember it right now, but I'll post it when it comes back to me, okay?)
Fred: Down by the old mill stream
Esther: It wasn't a stream, it was a lagoon, GOON!
Fred: Where I first met you
Esther: That wasn't me, that was my sister Elizabeth.
Fred: And your eyes so blue
Esther: They weren't blue, they were brown.
Fred: (Talking) How would you like two black ones? (Singing) Dressed in gingham, too
Esther: That was polyester, sucker!
Fred: Yeah, Polly Esther, that's you; half woman and half parrot!
Esther: It was then I knew
Fred: You don't know nothin'!
Esther: That I loved you true
Fred: I gotta throw up. . .
Esther: I was 16
Fred: That was yo shoe size!
Esther: Your village Queen
Fred: Queen Kong.
Esther/Fred: Down by the old mill stream
