    Memories of The FBI

This was Grandpa's favorite show and I liked it too. Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. seemed like a real FBI man and so did the rest of the cast. I really liked William Reynolds as agent Colby.

    Re: Memories of The FBI

My Dad watched this show every week. What I remember most about this series was at the end of each episode they would show the real "10 most wanted men in America." Efrem Zimbalist Jr. would show the fugitives picture and tell why they were wanted. This would scare the living daylights out of me, as I just knew this most wanted man was coming to our town and look for me.

I miss this show. I also loved the The Theme written By Bronislau Kaper who also wrote a song called Invitation. I remember watching this and Mannix, Mission: Impossible and Hawaii Five-0. I have never seen this show in repeats. I wish TV-Land would air this one.

    Re: Memories of The FBI

Today I'm watching the FBI on The GoodTime Channel. I used to watch it every week with my Dad. My Dad, a very proficient shot and bird hunter, noticed that if Efrem pulled his gun and had to shoot, it was ALWAYS ONE SHOT. And then the bad guy was on the ground. Most likely mortally wounded. Dad would hoot something like "deadeye Efrem. " And get very excited about the continuity of the one shot legacy of Efrem's character.
