I was so looking forward to seeing this show. Afterall,
Charlie's Angels was already a big hit. Another show featuring three lovely
ladies was at the very least, a curious thing to look into. Will lightning
strike a second time? Will the second trip to the well be just as successful?
Sadly, the show folded up quickly. The girls were pretty, alright, but just how
many times can you put the trio of stewardesses into bikinis and tight-fitting
clothing? Writers at that time could not also find much story and humor in the
airplane setting.
But thanks to the show for giving us Connie Selleca
and Pat Klous, pretty models turned actresses who achieved modest popularity in
other tv productions. I love the way they look and please, will somebody put the
show on dvd along with other Charlie's Angels-inspired or copycat shows like The
American Girls, the original Cagney & Lacey mini-series, Legwork, Firefox,
Dangerous Curves, Angel Street and the TV-movie Cover Girls. Let's feast our
eyes on those girls once again!
