My favorite show was the "The Disco Party" aired in May 1978, Merv's co-host was Donna Summer and the entire show had local disco dancers competing in a dance contest, all for publicity and promotion for "Thank God it's Friday" the movie. This show truly captured the true essence of the disco era!
