A Dragnet "
spinoff". Reed & Malloy popped up on Dragnet & eventually got
their own show. Good action with some human drama added into the mix- Malloy the
swinging single veteran and Reed the rookie with a wife & baby. I saw them
filiming near my house once & was kinda shocked that Adam-12 was on a
trailer being pulled around by a truck! Funniest and most dated event was when
they pulled over a drunk driver and were going to allow the passenger to drive
him home- but found out the passenger was blasted as well!! After driving them
home (!) Malloy said "That was almost a 1004." Reed asked what's that? "Two
502`s". Not a happy subject today but times were a little funner then I guess.
Today right off to JAIL!
