My dad took me and my sister to a movie in
1974 or
1975 - he died in August
1975 - and we don't remember the name of the movie. We have been looking for the movie for years, but without the title, it has been impossible. I remember a few things vividly: (1) the story was about a man - accused of a crime he didn't commit - goes into the mountains and is being hunted by agents; (2) in one scene, he puts on snow shoes and walks to the edge of a cliff in the snow making tracks to look like he fell off the side, then puts the snow shoes on backwards and retraces his steps; (3) the guy makes a raft, puts all of his belongings on the raft and covers it with a tarp and snow, then hides under the tarp and floats down the river right behind the agents - they don't realize it is him since he is disguised as an ice-flow. If anyone could help with a movie title, I would really appreciate it.
