My favorite I Dream of Jeannie episodes are from the first season which was filmed in black and white. I consider the show to be more of a romantic comedy than a situation comedy that initial year. Many of my favorite episodes are the ones where Jeannie tries to get her Master (Tony) interested in her as a woman. Her attempts (dating his best friend to make him jealous or following an article on the "Emanicipation of Modern Woman" to a "T") to win him over never turn out the way she hopes, but often she gets some consolation in a kiss from Tony at the end.
