Not sure about Tatoo in real life but does anyone ever remember the guests coming in on a hot air balloon?  Instead of yelling,  "dee plane,  dee plane," Tatoo yells,  "dee balloon,  dee balloon."

This was the first syndicated exploitation of a dwarf. An angry dwarf at that. Poor guy was portrayed as dumb as well. Had to ask Ricardo everything. I was bored by the show but I always felt that Herve was going to go Postal if I just watched a little more.
