OK. so this may be difficult to find and random BUT I was born in 1980 and there was this show when i was between 2 and 5 that aired early mornings like 5am in the boston area. My hunch is it was a canadian show...but it was on channel 5 at the time.  And I would wake everyone up in my house to turn on the TV to watch ''THE GUY WITH THE LONG ...
