In 1926 famed british mystery writer Agatha Christie's life began to fall apart. Christie's mother died, and her husband, Colonel Archibald Christie, asked for a divorce so he could be with his mistress. For 11 highly-publicized days - that were as mysterious as anything she had written - she disappeared. Vanessa Redgrave portrays the distraught heroine and Dustin Hoffman is the American journalist who falls in love with her.
